How to connect Smartsheet

Sign in to Social Intents, open Integrations, and copy your REST API Token from the Zapier tab.

In Zapier, search for Social Intents and connect it using that token as the API key.

Choose a trigger: a completed chat, a missed chat, an offline message, or a new lead.

Choose Smartsheet as the action app and authorise your Smartsheet account.
